A Little Something About Paris

As a businesswoman, coach, creative thinker, problem solver, single mum of two, that loves to laugh, have fun, not take life too seriously, and someone who has learned that life very rarely follows the bloody plan.

For more than 23 years, I’ve owned and operated businesses, built brands, managed teams, created events, worked in hospitality, developed products, solved problems, made difficult decisions, celebrated incredible wins, won multiple awards — and made plenty of mistakes along the way.

I know what it feels like to build something from nothing.
I also know what it feels like when life decides to throw the entire rulebook out the window.

I’ve experienced success and setbacks. I’ve had to rebuild, reinvent, change direction and start again.

I’ve juggled businesses while raising two children, navigated relationships and their complexities, faced some enormous personal and professional challenges, and discovered reserves of resilience I didn’t necessarily know I had.

And somewhere amongst all of that, I realised something:
The parts of life that challenge us the most often teach us the most about who we are.

I’m Not Interested in Perfect.
I’m interested in real.
Failure is not a new thing to me!

Real people. Real businesses. Real relationships. Real conversations.

Because behind every business plan is a human being.

Behind every relationship are two people trying to understand each other.

And behind the person who looks like they have everything together is often someone quietly wondering, “What the hell am I doing?”

I’ve been that person too.

That’s probably why my approach to coaching isn’t about sitting across from you pretending I have all the answers.

I don’t.

What I do have is experience, perspective, intuition, curiosity and an ability to look beyond what’s happening on the surface and ask the questions that actually matter.

Life. Business. Connection.

These three things might look separate, but I’ve learned they’re incredibly intertwined.

When we’re struggling personally, it follows us into our businesses and relationships.

When our business consumes us, it changes the way we show up at home.

When we feel disconnected from ourselves, it becomes harder to genuinely connect with anyone else.

That’s why my coaching doesn’t try to squeeze people neatly into boxes.

Life Coaching is about finding clarity, rebuilding confidence, navigating change and creating a life that actually feels like yours.

Business Coaching brings together more than two decades of hands-on experience to help business owners step out of the overwhelm, see their business differently and turn ideas into practical action.

And Connection Coaching explores something I’m deeply passionate about — our relationship with ourselves and the people around us. Family. Friends. Partners. Communication. Boundaries. Emotional connection. Intimacy. Vulnerability. Love. And sometimes simply learning how to understand one another again.

Why Do I Do It?

Because I genuinely love people.

~ I love hearing their stories.
~ I love discovering what makes someone tick.
~ I love watching the moment when confusion turns into clarity, when someone sees an opportunity they couldn’t see before, or when they finally give themselves permission to make a change they’ve been thinking about for years.

And perhaps most importantly, I believe our experiences don’t have to define us — but they can absolutely teach us.

~ I’ve had some extraordinary chapters.
~ I’ve had some bloody difficult ones too.
~ I’ve fallen down. I’ve got back up. I’ve changed direction. I’ve laughed when I probably should have cried — and occasionally done both at the same time.
~ I know failure, I have had failure and understand how to mitigate through these rough times

But through all of it, I’ve remained endlessly curious about people, business, relationships and this wonderfully unpredictable thing called life.

And now I get to take everything I’ve learned — professionally and personally — and use it to help someone else navigate their next chapter.

That’s Something About Paris.

Not perfect. Not conventional. Just real — with a whole lot of experience, heart and probably a coffee or glass of wine somewhere nearby.
